Chava Elberstein, Hanna Leslau, Shalom Hanoch, David Broza and Miki Kam are among the winners of the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Israel Artists Association (AMI) for the year 2018.
Miki Yerushalmi will win the "Culture Darling" award for his contribution to Israeli culture.
The other winners of the award are Nitsa Shaul, Osama Masri, Dori Ben Ze'ev, Chris Lartist, Margalit Tsenani, Naomi Faran, Sally Anne Friedland and Sasha Demidov.
The grand prize ceremony, given to artists who have influenced and left a mark on Israeli art, will be held on November 22 at the Petach Tikva Cultural Hall.

The awarding of AM's Lifetime Achievement Awards is a special project that has been taking place for several years under the initiative and joint production of Petah Tikva Cultural Center CEO Arie Yamini, the Petah Tikva Municipality and the Israel Artists Union.
Among the winners of the past years are Aryeh Elias, Sharlah Sharon, Naomi Polani, Yossi Gerber, Tsadi Sarfati, Danny Litani, Ilanit, Tovia Tzafir, Gila Almagor, Miki Gabrielov, Tiki Dayan, Gali Atari, Yoram Gaon and more.
AM Chairman Yona Elian-Kesht: "We have been blessed with a very impressive gallery of winners this year, and it would be a great privilege to award them the AM Lifetime Achievement Award as a token of appreciation for their contribution to Israeli culture.
Each and every one of them has been an integral part of our lives and being for many years, and I am sure that we will continue to enjoy their talent for a long time to come."
