A swimming coach was sued on charges of aggravated sexual assault against a 14-year-old athlete.
The episode would have taken place a year ago in the capital in a hotel room.
Yesterday the evidentiary incident took place in the Public Prosecutor's Office in Rome.
To report the news today is 'Il Messaggero'.
The athlete, a Friulian now 15 years old, reiterated the accusations in front of the judge, the prosecutor and the lawyers: the abuses, said the girl while she was assisted by a psychologist, would have occurred in the capital in a hotel in the Prati area while she was away with the instructor, a 26-year-old, and his team from Udine to participate in a national competition.
The man, with the excuse of giving her advice, would be left alone with the minor in the hotel room and after talking, the abuse would begin.
Different is the version of the accused 26-year-old, who said he had only scolded the young athlete because he was confusing in the corridors and did not commit himself enough in training.
