(ANSA) - NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 22 - The West is part of the conflict in Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Minister SergeiLavrov told the UN Security Council, calling for the punishment of the Kiev government for its crimes.

"The US and its allies with the connivance of international human rights organizations covered up the crimes of the Kiev regime", Lavrov stressed.
