The composer Nicholas Britell, who has been nominated for several Oscars, refrains from using well-known themes such as the pompous, brass-heavy march music with which John Williams shaped the "Star Wars" sound.
You won't find epic choirs of a "Duel Of The Fates" or drums from "The Mandalorian" and "Boba Fett", with which Ludwig Göransson enriched the galaxy, on "Andor".
The film music of the new "Star Wars" spinoff, on the other hand, is mainly based on string music, which is supplemented by rock elements.
