Since the beginning of September, nearly three million households living in white areas have been deprived of TF1 channels, namely TF1, TMC, TFX, TF 1 Séries Films and LCI, after Canal+'s decision to cut their signal at his clients.
Following this decision, TF1 sued Canal+ before the Paris Commercial Court in order to obtain the restoration of the signal of its channels for the nearly 2 million households that are customers of TNT Sat.
This Thursday, the commercial court indicated that Canal+ was not obliged to restore the broadcasting of TF1 by satellite.
