Anyone sitting at home due to a corona infection can order necessary things online.

But if the package is in a branch, you have a big problem.

Munich – You are used to a lot from parcel messengers.

It often happens that parcels end up in the garbage can.

From time to time, the customers of the shipping companies have to contend with bizarre delivery notifications.

Sometimes customers are sent on a scavenger hunt or the message on the ticket cannot be read at all.

A DHL customer has now reported that her package was simply taken away, even though she was there.

She was waiting for important medication.

If you have Corona, you should isolate yourself as much as possible.

If you still need groceries or medication, you can easily have them delivered.

However, this went wrong with a family who contracted the corona virus.

A Twitter user described that she asked the parcel carrier to drop off the shipment in front of the door.

But he just took the package with him.

The woman described the messenger's action as a "common move".

Instead, a pick-up notice landed in the family's mailbox.

"Since the whole household is flat with strong symptoms, I would like to know how I can get my package now," wrote the user and contacted DHL.

Now the DHL customer will probably have to order the items twice.

"Annoying when I have to buy things twice," she wrote.

So far there has been no response from DHL.

The woman can still speak of "luck" that the messenger rang her bell.

In some cases, the parcel messengers simply drop a pick-up slip into the mailbox and don't ring the bell, as a customer said on Twitter.
