Five years after his death, a major exhibition dedicated to the life of "the idol of young people" will open its doors in Brussels, Belgium next December.

“We have the impression of being in the heart of his life, in the DNA of his story”, underlines the one who shared twenty-two years of his life and who made available many of his concert outfits.

“These are only original costumes that we are going to present.

They have all been worn on stage”, explains François Henrard, director of Tempora projects.

Visitors will be able to visit Johnny's room at his aunt's house at 13 rue de la Tour des Dames in Paris, which has been recreated as faithfully as possible.

"We are inspired by archive images, so we try to reproduce as faithfully as possible with what we see", explains François Henrard.

The traveling exhibition will then set sail for Paris in January 2024, then other cities in France.
