New Year's Eve is here, and if you happen to be stuck without an original idea for a main dish that will make your guests swoon, or those who decided to come as a surprise - voila!
Celebs have a perfect solution, which comes from a very unexpected direction.

from the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv.
Roll up your sleeves, cloves of garlic and get a spicy recipe that will leave everyone wanting more.
Juicy fish patties in spicy sauce

Ingredients:
Half a kilo of Princess of the Nile
Half a kilo of cod
7 cloves of garlic
Half a bunch of cilantro
Half a bunch of parsley
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1/3 black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
For the sauce:
6 cloves of garlic
2 gambas
5 hot chili peppers (if you are not a fan of spicy, you can reduce the amount)
2 tablespoons of paprika
Half a tablespoon of turmeric
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Half a spoonful of chicken soup
2.5 cups of water

Preparing the fish:
you can ask the fishmonger to grind it on the spot.
If you are grinding yourself, it is advisable to soak for about an hour with salt and lemon and then grind.
We will also grind the
garlic ,
coriander ,
parsley
and onion and mix with the ground fish . And
we
will continue to fry for another 2 minutes and lower the heat.
We will add chili pepper or hot dry shata.
Season with sweet paprika, turmeric, black pepper, salt, and chicken soup powder.
Add water and mix everything together.
We will increase the heat and prepare the meatballs, (I like them slightly flat).
Chop a lot of cilantro and add to the pot.
Cook with the lid closed for about 20 minutes, then remove the lid and lower the flame a little until the sauce thickens.
