The couple that only eats fruit (fit_shortie_eats)

Tina Stuklosa, is a 43-year-old interior designer, who originally lives in Warsaw, Poland.

In December 2013 she tried a fruit diet and immediately saw results, but found it difficult to stick to this diet because of the temptations out there.

Three years later she decided to move to Bali, where she was exposed to exotic fruits and where she also met her future partner Simon Boon, 30, from Belgium.

Since then - they eat only fruits and raise their child on a similar diet.

The two testified that they hadn't brushed their teeth in two years because they claimed they didn't need it and also promised that they would never go back to eating "normal" food.

Stuklosa shed 31 kilograms following this diet and reached a weight of only 51 kilograms.

This vegetarian couple consumes between 2,000 and 4,000 calories a day.

They eat over 30 bananas in one day and quench their thirst with coconut water.

"I was overweight for most of my adult life, I was addicted to fast food and the diets proved to be more useless year by year," said Staklosa. In this way they call themselves "fruitarians".

"The vast majority of them looked amazingly healthy and they had so much energy and they looked like athletes. I was intrigued and decided to try a fruit diet for a week," Stuklosa said, "I felt amazing this week, optimistic, I was high, I felt like I was walking on air, it felt like I was in love with everything. This diet was worth it, even just for the mental game. I decided to never go back to "normal" food. That's easier said than done. In the first two years I was pumped for cooked food hundreds of times. Today with almost no exercise I I can eat the same amount my friend eats and not gain weight. It's so easy to maintain weight when you only eat fruit."

This is their story

The two claim that their diet may cure cancer, depression and chronic diseases.

Although it's a high-sugar diet, the two haven't brushed their teeth in two years because they claim the fiber in the fruit cleans them.

Bon and Stoklosa have their own YouTube channel, where they chat about "hunting" and looking for exotic fruits.

"When I eat an average fruit, I feel average. When I eat an amazing fruit, I look in the mirror and think, 'Who is that amazing woman looking at me?'"
