(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 26 - The Selection Commission for the Italian film to be nominated for the Oscar has voted "Nostalgia" by Mario Martone as the film that will represent Italy at the 95th edition of the Academy Awards in the selection for the "International Feature Film Award" category ".
"Nostalgia" will compete for the shortlist which will include the fifteen best international films selected by the Academy and which will be announced on 21 December 2022.
The announcement of the nominations (the five films nominated to compete for the award) is scheduled for 24 January 2023 while the ceremony delivery of the Oscars will be held in LosAngeles on 12 March 2023. (ANSA).
