US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said this during the CBS broadcast, confirming what was declared by White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan that there were "very high level communications with the Kremlin".
"It is very important that Moscow listen to us and know that the consequences would be horrific," Blinken said.
