Trees fell, roads had to be closed: the Canary Islands have been hit by a storm.
On Sunday, 252 flights were canceled on the islands due to tropical cyclone Hermione, and 38 more were diverted, airport operator Aena reported on Twitter.
Most flight cancellations, more than 100, were on Tenerife.
According to media reports, there were also landslides on the islands due to the heavy rain and the storm.
However, no injuries have been reported so far.
The storm is expected to be over by Monday morning.
Rainfall of more than 100 liters per square meter was registered on the islands of Gran Canaria, Tenerife and La Gomera, La Palma and Hierro.
