Foreign Minister and leader of Civic Engagement,

Luigi Di Maio

, was not re-elected.

When there are only a few sections left for the final result (403 sections scrutinized out of 440) in the Naples Fuorigrotta 2 college for the Chamber, he obtained 24.3% of the votes.

Clearly first the former Minister of the Environment, in contention for the 5 Star Movement, Sergio Costa, with 40.5%.

Third Maria Rosaria Rossi, in contention for the center right, with 22.2%.

Only fourth the minister Mara Carfagna, of Action, at 6.7.

Forza Italia president

Silvio Berlusconi returns to the Senate

.

The former premier in fact won in the single-member constituency of Monza with 50.31% of the preferences against Federica Perella, mayor of Culture of the Municipality of Seregno.

Monza is the city where Berlusconi owns the football team, which he brought to Serie A, which the Democratic Party had snatched from the center-right from the municipal authorities.

Precisely for this last 18 September Enrico Letta organized the 'anti-Pontida' with the Pd mayors.

The vice-president of Coraggio Italia and outgoing deputy

Michaela Biancofiore

passes to the Senate.

In the college of Rovereto, in Trentino, with the support of the Lega, Fratelli d'Italia, Forza Italia and Noi Moderati, it imposes itself in a long head-to-head with 36.79% of the consensus against the outgoing senator Donatella Conzatti of Italia Viva ( also supported by the Democratic Alliance for Autonomy like Patton).

As expected, an easy victory for

Giorgia Meloni

in the college of the Chamber of L'Aquila, where, after the first sections scrutinized, her victory is already statistically certain.

Against her the center-left lined up Rita Innocenzi.

Ilaria Cucchi,

candidate of the center left, was elected in Florence.

Cucchi overcame Federica Picchi as a center-right candidate in a boarding school that was considered armored for the center-left.

In the running, for Action / Italia Viva, there was the vice president of the Tuscany Region Stefania Saccardi.

Claudio Lotito

elected senator in Molise.

The Lazio president won the challenge in the single-member constituency where he was a candidate for the center-right.

According to the elaboration of Quorum Per SkyTg24, the election of

Daniela Santanché

to the senatorial college of Cremona is statistically certain.

The center-right candidate would have defeated the center-left candidate

Carlo Cottarelli

, who could still enter parliament with the proportional.

In Basilicata the center-right coalition has conquered the only two single-member constituencies, redesigned by the cut of parliamentarians, one for each Chamber.

In particular, in the Senate, when there are few sections scrutinized, the success of the outgoing president of Palazzo Madama,

Elisabetta Casellati

(Forza Italia), is confirmed, with 36%.

Behind him Antonio Materdomini (M5S) with 24.3%, Ignazio Petrone (center-left) with 21.8% and then Mariangela Guerra (Terzo Polo) with 12.3%.

In the Chamber, however, the outgoing deputy Salvatore Caiata (Brothers of Italy) was re-elected with 37.8%.

Then Viviani Verri (M5S) with 25.3%, Francesco Pietrantuono (center-left) with 21.4% and Luca Braia (Terzo Polo) with 10%.

Pierferdinando Casini

is preparing to live the 11th consecutive legislature as a parliamentarian: according to the data processed by Quorum-Youtrend for Sky Tg24, he in fact won the senatorial college of Bologna, where he was a candidate for the center-left, and where he was in challenge with

Vittorio Sgarbi

of the center-right.

Emma Bonino

wins the "derby" against

Carlo Calenda

in the Lazio 2 single-member constituency. According to the data provided by the Youtrend instant poll for Sky Tg 24, the + Europa candidate obtained 36.9%, beating the center-right candidate Lavinia Mennuni (33.9%) and Carlo Calenda (11.2%).

Alessandra Maiorino of the 5 Star Movement in fourth place with 11.2%.
