David Banda wears a green sequined pants and jacket ensemble, platform shoes and a pearl necklace, and Madonna a green dress with wide sleeves and a black hat.
Also featured in the video are her youngest daughters, 10-year-old twins Stella and Estere, one of whom wears a wig with a pink boa and the other a metallic blue and silver top and matching pants.
All follow dance steps and stylish poses in front of the lens.
It is unclear, however, if Mercy, her 16-year-old daughter, or elders Lourdes Leon, 25, and Rocco Ritchie, 22, were at the party.
Madonna adopted David Banda from Malawi with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie in 2006, sparking controversy at the time for having passed without having lived in the country for a year, as required by law for international adoptions.
