A perfect recipe when things have to be done quickly: paprika cream chicken.

A quick oven meal for the whole family (or just for you)
Today we deliver you the ideal lunch or dinner!
You need few ingredients and much less preparation time, because your oven does most of the work.
My tip to save even more time:
simply prepare the sauce the evening before, layer everything in a casserole dish and then put it in the fridge until the big hour has struck the next day.
This might add a few minutes to the baking time, but you won't have to wash the saucepan anymore.
Work smart, not hard!
That's how it's done:
You only need a few ingredients:
Sauce:
1 tbsp cooking oil
80 g onions, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
0.5 tsp hot paprika powder
400 ml whipped cream
100 g sour cream
Besides that:
1 kg (about 4 pieces) chicken breast fillet
250 g red peppers, cut into strips
parsley, chopped
The preparation is very easy:
Preheat the oven to 180°C for a circulating air.
For the sauce:
Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
Sauté the diced onions and garlic in it until translucent.
Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and spices and fry briefly.
Deglaze with whipped cream.
Stir in the sour cream and bring to the boil.
Remove from stove.
Place the chicken breast fillets in a casserole dish along with the peppers.
Spread the sauce evenly over it.
Bake for about 30 minutes until the meat is done.
This goes well with noodles or rice.
