A good start for Piazza Affari

, with the Ftse Mib index accelerating after the first trades and rising by 1.2%, driven by Nexi (+ 6.9%) which surprises the market with plan objectives higher than expectations of the analysts.

On the Milanese list, Poste (+ 2.4%), Mediolanum (+ 2.1%) and Stm (+ 2.1%) stand out.

Banks also did well with Unicredit (+ 2.4%), Bper (+ 2%), Stellantis (+ 2.1%) and Pirelli (+ 2%) recovering while Tim continues to run (+ 2.1%) waiting to understand which path the creation of the single network can take.

At the bottom of the list is Leonardo (-1.9%), with a handful of utilities led by Terna (-0.6%) and A2A (-0.4%).

The

BTP-Bund spread rises to 249 basis points

at the start of trading, up by about seven points compared to yesterday's close, before falling back to 244 points.

Our ten-year yield rises to 4.578%, up about 4 basis points.

Mps fails to make a price on Piazza Affari

, where the stock has not yet entered trading - as happened yesterday throughout the day - and marks a theoretical decline of 23%.

Yesterday Borsa Italiana ordered a ban on placing orders without a price limit to facilitate trading.

The volatility on the stock follows the reverse stock split, arranged in view of the 2.5 billion euro increase.

The European stock exchanges try to raise their heads at the start of the session, leaving aside the fears of recession for a moment.

In London the Ftse 100 index rose by 0.19% to 7,034 points, in Paris the Cac 40 rose by 0.7% to 5,809 points while in Frankfurt the Dax gained 0.86% to 12,332 points.
