"It's just crazy," Bieber replied in a half-despondent tone.
She clarified, probably for the first time, that she did not "steal" Bieber, and that the relationship between the two began only after the two had finally separated.
"I never talked about it," she said in an attempt to remind that despite the merciless attacks she has been at the center of since the relationship with Justin, she chose not to address the issue officially.
"A lot of the commemoration and hatred comes from the 'You stole him' section. People need to know the truth," she said, "because there is truth."
