The recent identification of a new virus, baptized “Khosta-2”, thus arouses its share of articles and anxiety-provoking comments.
The same phenomenon occurred when Langya henipavirus was documented in the scientific literature in mid-August.
And yet, again, there is really nothing to be alarmed about.
