The singer Melanie Müller has drawn consequences because of a right-wing extremism scandal.
She decided to cancel an appearance in Dresden, she wrote in a post on Instagram.
The background is an incident in Leipzig on September 17th.
A video shows that several fans shouted "Sieg Heil" during Müller's performance.
The singer briefly listened to the roar and responded by exclaiming "Zigzag, zigzag, zigzag".
The visitors answered "Heal, heal, heal".
After the video became known, Müller explained that she "immediately canceled" the appearance later when there were further such statements.
She was "dismayed and outraged".
In her new post, the 34-year-old writes: "The fact is: Nazis don't belong in my audience." She distanced herself from what was happening in Leipzig.
She wanted to comment after the reporting of the past few days, but it would take time for that.
The event also has legal consequences.
A spokeswoman for the Leipzig police department said it was being investigated on suspicion of using license plates from unconstitutional organizations.
Melanie Müller became known as a participant in various reality TV formats.
In 2014 she became the jungle queen in "I'm a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here".
She also appears as a singer at Ballermann in Mallorca.
