Preparations for the reception of tens of thousands of families from Russia, against the background of the extensive recruitment operation announced by President Putin at the beginning of the week.

Walla Real Estate has learned that the Ministry of Absorption has been prepared for a massive absorption following a broad plan that was placed on the government's table, and has already been mainly presented in the Immigration and Absorption Cabinet, which was convened by the Minister of Absorption about a month ago. At this stage, they are awaiting budgets and a green light from the Prime Minister, in light of the expected expansion of the plan.

According to estimates by the Absorption Ministry, this is a double target for the number of immigrants who arrived from Ukraine - about 12 thousand immigrants in this period, compared to 2651 immigrants in the corresponding period in 2019. From Russia, approximately 19 thousand immigrants arrived, compared to 7,123 immigrants in the corresponding period in 2019. This is an increase A dramatic 318%.
