(ANSA) - ROME - In Velletri (Rome) UgoMania - Velletri for Ugo ", an event that pays homage to Ugo Tognazzi, one of the great stars of Italian comedy and well-known cooking enthusiast. The event, scheduled for Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 October , is curated by the Proloco Velitrae and "commissioned by the administration of the City of Velletri, which has already dedicated a theater and a professional hotel institute to his memory".
"A Cook loaned to the Cinema", an initiative carried out on October 1st with the Ipssar "Ugo Tognazzi" of Velletri and in collaboration with the restaurants, who will revisit Tognazzi's recipes, presenting them as finger food and plastic free, with dedicated drinks to some of his most famous films created by the students of the "Tognazzi" institute.
On the same day the photographic exhibition "100 photos for the 100th anniversary of Ugo Tognazzi" is scheduled to open.
On 2 October, guided tours will take place at the historic residence of Ugo Tognazzi in Velletri, also known as the "Old House", located within the "La Tognazza" estate in Colle Ottone, with shuttle bus service from the city center.
