Today, the Ministry of Education has postponed the date for the candidacy test for the General Secondary Certificate Examination in its scientific and literary branches to Saturday, November 19, at 10 am.
In a statement, which SANA received a copy of, the ministry also extended the registration for the test until the 20th of next October, according to the registration instructions and the conditions mentioned in the governing instructions.
The ministry stated that this procedure came in the interest of students wishing to continue their academic achievement, and to provide the opportunity for them to register for the candidacy test for the general secondary examination in its scientific and literary branches for the 2023 session.
The registration for the test began on the 18th of this September, while the date of the automated exam was on the 15th of next October in the centers approved by the directorates of education, for a period of three hours and in all the subjects prescribed for each branch.
