The sentences of 10 years of imprisonment for the former Nar Massimo Carminati and of 12 years and 10 months for Salvatore Buzzi, former ras of the cooperatives, have been confirmed by the Supreme Court, as part of the 'Middle world' trial.

Only the request to eliminate the one-year supervision measure for Pucci, Testa, Garrone and Caldarelli was accepted.
