(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, SEPTEMBER 30 - "On the basis of the indications" offered by the European energy ministers, the European Commission "will develop ideas" to lower energy prices "before the European Council next week", in the program in Prague on 6 and 7 October.
This was said by the European Commissioner for Energy, Kadri Simson, at the end of the Ordinary Energy Council.
"This work will be the basis of a legislative proposal that we will present quickly," she added.
