This is what the judges of the Frosinone Court of Assizes write in the reasons for the sentence with which they ordered life imprisonment for the brothers

For the judges, "the violent action, indeed already underway as the two brothers had pushed their way through the crowd with shoves and slaps, at that point got further impetus. The four compacted in phalanxes and advanced synchronously, impacting against the body of poor Willy who had just intervened to understand what was happening ".
According to the magistrates "it was precisely at that moment that he was hit by Gabriele Bianchi with a violent front kick to the chest, brought with martial arts technique that slammed him against a parked car. And the poor boy's attempt to get up was initially rejected. with a punch by Gabriele Bianchi himself while his brother with a kick neutralized Cenciarelli's attempt to run to Willy's aid and, then,
from kicks and punches inflicted by all four defendants, even while the boy was helpless on the ground;
all in the very short span of a few seconds.
Then the four ran away and got into the car giving themselves a stampede ".
"The front kick to the chest, inflicted by Gabriele Bianchi using martial arts techniques that allow you to load the blow even using a road sign as a lever, is unequivocally indicative of murderous intent", the judges write.
In over 70 pages of motivations, the judges, reconstructing the various phases of what happened on September 6, 2020 in Colleferro, affirm that Gabriele Bianchi "knew he was delivering a blow against poor Willy which, as it was forbidden, was potentially fatal. And, despite this awareness, he threw it with extreme violence, since everyone described that kick as very powerful. Ultimately
the criminal action began with a front kick,
carried with technique by a martial arts expert, very robust, directed against a vital point of the human body with extreme violence.
And moreover against a thin boy like poor Willy. "
