The new mother shared a harsh reaction she received from Mokba, and explained that every pain is a pain that deserves recognition • "To cancel our pain - is to gaslight ourselves," she explained

The reality star Alina Levy uploaded a particularly revealing post to Instagram yesterday (Saturday), in which she told about a troll comment that shook her.

"It's violent," she wrote.

To the post she attached a photo of herself with two milk pumps attached to her breasts.

Last July she gave birth to her eldest son Oliver, and then shared in a post her pains and difficulty in adapting to the new life as a mother.

These things infuriated one of the followers, who demanded that Levy take into account more difficult cases, "and stop whining", as she said.

The mean comment led her to write a scathing post.

"I got a punch in the stomach, I cringed," she told of the feeling after reading the diminishing response.

She then shared her conclusions on the matter: "To dismiss our pain because there are more difficult stories is violent," she emphasized in her answer to the same surfer.

"Some people suffer more. Do you know this sentence? The comparison between pain and pain and the ranking of who hurts more has become a phenomenon that is legit (legitimate, 14) unfortunately in our reality," Levy wrote at the beginning of her remarks.

"The feeling that because there are more difficult stories - our personal pain is eliminated. Why did we get used to giving space only to the edges? Only the richest - is the successful one, or the most shocking story you can imagine - is considered?", she wondered.

"Recently when I shared here about my feelings after giving birth, one of the responses I received was that there are children who are born sick and that I should stop feeling sorry for myself. I got a box in my stomach, I was scared, I cringed and honestly asked myself if I did something wrong, or maybe I exaggerated," she shared her feelings regarding the comment tapping.

"And then I realized no. This is my experience, and I did not belittle or minimize any other experience, God forbid. Trying to tell myself that there are people who suffer more in order to cheer up, will only introduce guilt and keep the pain locked inside. The pain will spread through the body like poison, until it explodes like a volcano at the slightest trigger The next little one," she claimed.

"And what's more, I have nothing to do with it, because postpartum depression is really a balance that changes in the brain. So, dear Mihiva, what do you want me to do, atonement?" she asked.

"To cancel our pain because there are more difficult stories - it's violent. To hurt our pain even though there are worse things, it doesn't mean that we are ungrateful or don't appreciate what we have. It means that we allow it to exist when it has all the colors in it" , clarified.

"Because this is life. Rather, letting the pain go free will also make room for the pleasure of the experience, or for excitement, or simply for movement to occur."

"To cancel our pain because there are more difficult stories, is to gaslight ourselves (emotional manipulation that causes the victim to doubt his feelings, 14) because pain is pain and has no logic, and the ranking of who hurts more is made by the mind, the ego.

We are allowed to hurt, and that doesn't mean we underestimate someone else's pain.

On the contrary, once we give space to our pain, we can see another person's pain with true empathy, and with an open heart really give it space," she concluded.
