If a customer taps on it, "Kala" introduces itself as a chatbot from the Kaufland recruiting team and displays the vacancies in the respective local branch directly.
However, the search can also be extended to a 15-kilometer radius or to all available positions at Kaufland and then narrowed down again using various category suggestions such as “experienced professional” and “internship”.
Once the right job has been found, the customer can view the job details and apply in just a few minutes.
