Diane Schwartz Big Brother (News 13)
Diane Schwartz
was one of the most controversial contestants in "Big Brother" history.
Her surprising elimination caused echoes, and especially waves of talkbackists who did not spare her their opinion about her behavior inside the house.
Today (Monday), just before Yom Kippur, Schwartz used her Instagram account to write a long and touching post, at the end of which she apologized for her behavior in front of the cameras.
"I'm often asked, 'Why didn't you apologize?'. I try to explain that as soon as you leave after 55 days in a closed house, you're so shocked and don't understand what's needed. Because you're sure that in principle me and my housemates asked for a lot of forgiveness inside the house after every A fight. Then you realize that there are viewers who were hurt by situations. So you apologize to them and feel that it's not enough. They tell you that you did it too modestly and too small and you should have shouted it on TV."

Schwartz continued and wrote about the things she learned almost two months after the removal: "Another day passes outside. Another day. And then, almost two months away from that house, you embark on a new journey with yourself. A kind of soul-searching. Every day that passes, you become more and more aware of the things that happened and were broadcast on The screen. It's a journey of understanding, of care. Of growing up fast by your own means.
Sometimes people say sorry to move on without really taking responsibility. I've learned in the last two months (and I'm still learning) that to take real responsibility you need time. To investigate, to look, to understand what was And what could I have done differently or not. So from a place a little cleaner, more cared for, I say sorry. For what you saw and didn't see. My process doesn't end here, it just started. What is two months compared to a lifetime?
New year, new opportunity, new way ".
