Some characters were recast with the sixth episode.

Among those time-skip winners in House of the Dragon is Olivia Cooke, who now gets to play Queen Alicent. 

Queen Alicent found her voice in the sixth episode of the series "House of the Dragon".

She holds her own against her frail husband and unruly stepdaughter, who was once her best friend.

Alicent Hightower is no longer portrayed by Emily Carey, but by Olivia Cooke after the time jump.

She has been preparing for a career in acting since childhood.

In 2013 she got the lead role of Emma Decody in the series "Bates Motel", which she held until the series finale in 2017. But she has also been busy in the recent past.
