Russian journalist Marina Ovsyannikova, who became famous for showing a placard against the military operation in Ukraine during a live broadcast, was included by the Interior Ministry on the wanted list.
The Mediazone website reports it.
Ovisannikova was under house arrest on charges of spreading false news against the armed forces, but, according to her husband, she fled on October 1, taking her 11-year-old daughter with her.
The journalist became famous all over the world last March for appearing live behind a news anchor showing the sign 'Stop the war, don't believe the propaganda'.
She was sentenced to a fine for that episode, but last August she was placed under house arrest for showing another sign against the so-called special military operation in Ukraine near the Kremlin.
For this episode she was placed under house arrest until 9 October.
