The implementing decree relating to the functioning of the electronic subscription collection platform for referendums and bills of popular initiative was signed.
This was announced by the Ministry of Innovation, explaining that the decree acknowledged both the observations of the Privacy Guarantor and those of the Ministry of Justice: once registered it will be published in the Official Gazette, starting the commissioning of the platform, which will guarantee the full digitalization of the process.
