A mother and daughter were thrown off the plane after allegedly yelling at other passengers and threatening to kidnap people during the flight.
A video shared online shows the pair boarding a Southwest Airlines plane from an airport in Sacramento, California.
The Tik Tok user who posted the video on her account @official_norcal_mom said that the two boarded the plane from the boarding gate, even though there were no seats left.
In the caption to the video, she added that "they thought that everyone should move in order to have places in the aisle."
It should be noted that the airline has a different departmental policy: it does not assign its passengers a seat during the check-in process, and they are invited to choose any available seat after boarding the plane.
"The flight attendant politely asked them to stop their request to accommodate passengers on the plane that was already full on a first-come, first-served basis," Eli added.
In the video, a flight attendant is seen talking to the two: "We have families (here), we have small children. We will not allow people to scream. You scream and shout."

"Cry and scream all over the plane"
"We'll just go sit down," the daughter replies while sarcastically saying that her mother "will just grab you and cry and scream all over the plane."
When another flight attendant asks to put them on another plane, the two ignore them and continue looking for seats in the aisle.
Eli said that the flight was still delayed for two hours, and they had to sit on the plane for another hour to wait for the airport staff to take the mother and daughter off the plane.
"The flight attendant felt that the passengers were not safe in light of this behavior," she wrote.
"It is likely that they will not be allowed to fly on Southwest Airlines again. The whole plane applauded when they were taken out."
The Daily Star reports that despite the "first come, first served" policy, Southwest uses to board passengers strictly according to different group categories.
For example, passengers who paid a supplement to the price of the plane ticket, to be in the group that gets on the plane first.
The company has not yet received a response to the case.
