In Germany, sunny and warm autumn weather is expected for the coming days.
According to the German Weather Service in Wiesbaden, October will be at its best on Wednesday, especially in the south and east.
As soon as the morning fog cleared, "Sun and T-shirt-suitable maximum values of up to 24 degrees gave a late summer feeling," said meteorologist Marcel Schmid.
The west and northwest, on the other hand, come under the influence of Deep Zydrune, which brings denser cloud fields, it said.
Rain remains the exception, however, stormy gusts are possible on the coast and in the mountains.
High Timeo determines the weather conditions
High Timeo, which is currently over Europe, is responsible for the warm autumn days.
According to the DWD, it will often be clear on Thursday.
While the sky in the south is partly cloudy to heavily overcast, the sun can prevail in other parts of the country.
"With 17 to 22 degrees, it will be a very mild October day," said Schmid.
The weather will not change much on Friday either: in the west, in the middle and in the north-east it will mostly remain clear.
Otherwise, according to the forecasts, it will be variable, sometimes more cloudy, in the south there can sometimes be persistent fog or high fog for longer.
The maximum temperatures are between 16 and 22 degrees.
It is expected to remain beautiful over the weekend as well.
