Pablo Lyle: Statements from the forensic doctor come to light and are decisive


The doctor in charge of performing the autopsy on the body of the man Pablo Lyle beat reveals the causes of death and what he declared is lapidary for the actor.

, because now the actor faces a trial in which he is accused of involuntary manslaughter after beating Juan Ricardo Hernández,

a man of Cuban origin who died days later in the hospital, so the legal future of the Mexican artist is still on the tightrope. 

And it is that after Lyle's punch, Hernández, 63, fell and hit his head.

Four days later, he died in a Miami hospital, for which the County Attorney's Office and several witnesses have said that Pablo was the aggressor. 


New evidence emerges that will be key in Pablo Lyle's trial

María Rizzo, who was in a nearby car, told the jury that she saw Lyle leave at high speed and even specified,

"I saw when Mr. Lyle hit Mr. Hernández," this woman explained to the jury, in addition to assure, “I didn't see the victim until he hit her.

What is certain is that the victim did nothing, but he was hit and fell to the ground.”

The trial had been postponed on Wednesday, September 28 and Thursday, September 29 due to Hurricane Ian, and

resumed on Friday, September 30 with the testimony of the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner, Dr. Kenneth Hutchins, who described the traumatic brain injury he suffered. Hernández when he hit his head on the asphalt.

Later, the specialist determined that Hernández's death occurred as a result of the blow he received and specified,

“Yes, the cause of death was complications from blood injuries to the head.

The cause of death was homicide”, statements that Hutchins released and that could be decisive in Pablo's case.
