(ANSA) - BRESCIA, 04 OCT - The Brescia Attorney General Guido Rispoli has asked the Court of Appeal to reject the request for review of the trial presented by Maurizio Tramonte, sentenced to life imprisonment for the Piazza dellaLoggia massacre.
According to the pg the statements of Tramonte's wife and sister, who in the previous hearing said that he did not wear a beard, denying an alleged photograph of May 28, 1974, do not affect the judicial truths sanctioned by the Court of Cassation.
