(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 04 - The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky ratified the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of September 30 stating that it is impossible to negotiate with the Russian Federation president Vladimir Putin and the need to strengthen capacity defense of Ukraine.
Taking into account the results of the meeting, it was "stated that it is impossible to negotiate with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin".
