(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, OCTOBER 05 - "There are 53 thousand Russian citizens who returned to the EU in the last week, down by 20% compared to the previous week".
This was reported by the European agency Frontx, underlining that "the majority of Russian citizens entering the EU through the Finnish border crossings".
"Arrivals should decrease", predicts the agency, due to the EU crackdown on visa policy.
Since the start of the war in Ukraine, over 1.356 million Russian citizens have entered the EU from its land borders.
More than 1.314 million came out.
