(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 05 OCT - The production company of the film "Rust" has reached an agreement with the family of HalynaHutchins, the director of photography killed on the set one year ago.

Hutchins was hit by a gunshot from actor and film producer Alec Baldwin at Bonanza Creek Ranch near Santa Fe, where she was shooting.
Alyna's family sued for manslaughter in February.
Under the agreement reached by the husband of the director of photography, Matthew Hutchins will become executive producer of Rust, whose filming will resume in January 2023 with the original cast.
"I have no interest in criminalizing or attributing blame," commented her husband.
"We are all convinced that Halyna's death was a terrible accident."
