After opening his first mobile phone store in Romans-sur-Isère in 1999, Sadri Fegaier then launched the first multi-risk insurance (covering oxidation, breakage, loss and theft) dedicated to telephony and multimedia.

The group demonstrates a great ability to adapt to changes in consumption patterns but also a keen sense of innovation with solid expertise in distribution networks.

Indexia then deployed rapidly at the national level but also in Europe and diversified its activity with in particular the development of a repair and reconditioning center in order to provide a complete turnkey service to the customer.

To go further, Sadri Fegaier then broadened his field of action in the design of digital services, with Hubside web, but also by opening physical stores, Hubside.Store, to provide a more human and local service.

Sadri Fegaier, CEO of Indexia and Hubside.Store, explains that “there is a real appetite for this type of product: 20 million smartphones are sold each year in France as well as 2 million refurbished smartphones.

Around 15,000 refurbished smartphones leave our workshop every month”.

These products meet the expectations of today's consumers perfectly.

Refurbished smartphones are sold 30 to 40% cheaper than new models (i.e. the average price of a new smartphone is €450).

But above all, these products make it possible to adopt a more responsible consumption thanks to a circular and local approach which generates much less pollution than the production of a new telephone...

We are thus witnessing a growing demand and Indexia has more than 8 million customers and 2,500 partners in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic.

The group has also recently opened a "shop-in-shop" concept in Italy in the Milanofiori shopping center in Assago (near Milan) and plans to further expand its network in other Italian cities as well as in Germany.

Hubside.Store has thus become the specialist in new and refurbished multimedia, but also in repair, refurbishment and rental.

The brand has already opened 120 points of sale in two years in France and in Europe with a business volume of 130 million euros in 2021. Sadri Fegaier's objective is now to reach 130 stores by the end of the year and 500 by the end of 2024 in France and Europe.

Sadri Fegaier's objective today is to give access to the multimedia universe to as many people as possible.
