Thailand: 23 children killed in the attack on the kindergarten

(ANSA) - BANGKOK, OCTOBER 06 - The death toll from the attack in a Thai nursery in the northern city of Na Klang has risen to "at least 30", including 23 children, a police colonel from the province of Nong Bua Lamphu said.

    The assailant shot and stabbed children and adults and is now on the run, police said.

The reason for the attack is not clear.
