Megan Richards was hired straight out of drama school for the fantasy series The Lord of the Rings: The Power Rings.

But her studies will have to wait, because the young actress is just starting out.

Poppy Proudfellow from the Amazon series The Lord of the Rings: The Power Rings is a harfoot girl who is close friends with Nori Brandyfoot (Markella Kavenagh).

Even if she doesn't agree with all of Nori's ideas, she always stands by her friend.

The 22-year-old actress Megan Richards has had a rapid career.

At the age of 18 she appeared professionally in front of the camera for the first time.

In the British mini-series "Wanderlust" with Toni Collette she has a supporting role as Mimi Brookes in six episodes.
