(ANSA) - NEW YORK, 06 OCT - After much criticism and a collapse in sales, Victoria's Secret tries to leave behind traditional beauty canons and launches a global campaign, 'Undefinable', under the banner of inclusiveness and body positivity.
So goodbye to the Angels, the models with sculpted bodies who in the past defined the American lingerie brand, and welcome to normal women.
The new goal now is to 'welcome' all the women of the world without parameters or established canons.
Among the new testimonials of Victoria's Secret there are disabled women, with more rounded shapes, white hair.
However, celebrities were chosen to represent the company, such as the British model Paloma Elsesser, Bella Hadid and the African American country singer Britney Spencer.
The new campaign was launched in the flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York but in the coming weeks ilbattage will move massively to the brand's social platforms.
