(ANSA) - ROME, 07 OCT - New leap in incidence and Rt: the weekly incidence at national level rises to 441 for every 100,000 inhabitants (23/09/2022 -29/09/2022) against 325 every 100,000 inhabitants of the last week (30/09 / 2022-06 / 10/2022).
There was also a sharp increase in the transmissibility index RT: in the period 14 September-27 September, the RT was 1.18 (range 0.98-1.52), an increase compared to the previous week (when it was equal to 1) and higher than the epidemic threshold value.
Rt based on hospitalized cases is also increasing, equal to 1.28.
