(ANSA) - SAN DONA DI PIAVE, OCTOBER 07 - The current toll of the road accident occurred shortly before 16, in the three-lane section of the A4 motorway near the San Donà di Piave tollbooth between the entrance and exit of the Trieste junction.
A van - in which there were seven people - hit a slow moving articulated vehicle violently.
The news of the death of six occupants was confirmed by the rescuers and by Autovie Venete.
The condition of the only survivor is unknown.
