In Ferrara new exhibition (until January 8) 'Augusto Daolio: a free look. Travel, music, art '(ANSA)

Today I am thirty years without Augusto Daolio, the founder of the Nomads to whom Ferrara dedicated an exhibition last summer in the Marfisa d'Este building, to which the Nomadi concert in August 15th and the fundraising of the 'Augusto per la vita ', which will soon bring a donation of about 10 thousand euros (of which 5 thousand allocated by the municipality) to the pediatric oncohematology department of the Cona hospital.

Ferrara also remembered Daolio when Omar Pedrini, former Timoria leader, showed up at the Ferrara Buskers Festival at the end of August, alongside the founder of the festival Stefano Bottoni, with the original hat of the famous founder of the Nomadi.

And just today in Reggio Emilia, in the Spazio Gerra, the new exhibition opens (until January 8) 'Augusto Daolio: a free look.

Travel, music, art ': "For the occasion - reveals Rosy Fantuzzi, the partner and president of the' Augusto per la vita 'association - I opened drawers and diaries that were only ours, with drawings, sketches, travel memories. In the three floors of the exhibition you will find life, painting, music. I enjoyed sharing with the public memories that until now are only ours. I followed Augusto's teaching:

"I think Augusto has achieved his goal: to communicate his feelings to people - he adds -. He arrived to the public with empathy, with his music and his art, with his writings, and the public gathered and lived with enthusiasm and affection for his message. In Ferrara I felt this affection firsthand, the city responded with touching warmth: many also came from outside and personally revealed to me anecdotes, fragments of life, what Augusto and the Nomads represented for them ".

"It was an honor to meet Rosy and the Nomads - says the mayor of Ferrara Alan Fabbri - an honor to celebrate a great man and a great musician of all times, also linked to my memories as a boy".
