(Lamine Mohamed Saida) were arrested in a joint operation by carabinieri and police in relation to an
assault with gunshots that
took place in Milan on the night between 2 and last July 3 in via di Tocqueville, one of the streets of nightlife.
On that occasion
, two Senegalese had been legged.
In the order, signed by the investigating judge Guido Salvini, 9 other people appear (only one under house arrest) and two minors, all linked to the entourage of the two artists and accused in various ways of brawl, injuries, aggravated robbery and illegal carrying of a weapon by shot.
Among the people involved are Eliado Tuci (32), tour manager and personal driver of Baby Gang, Paulo Marilson Da Silva (27), considered the main manager of Baby Gang and "Instagram Personal Manager" of the label they belong to. the two artists, Faye Ndiaga (25) already arrested on July 29 for the assault and kidnapping of the rival trapper Baby Touché, and Mounir Chakib known as "Malippa" (24, the only one under house arrest), manager of Baby Gang and Simba La Rue.
In the same hours the Bergamo carabinieri carried out a precautionary custody order in prison issued against the 4 alleged perpetrators of an
attempted murder
against Simba La Rue himself
, stabbed last June 16 in the municipality of Treviolo.
The crime - the military explain - is part of a heated rivalry between rappers.
With reference to the episode of 2-3 July, the investigating judge Salvini writes in the order that "it does not seem to be a banal and impromptu brawl but an episode of serious violence and oppression originating from a gang logic and a desire to control of the territory".
The magistrate speaks of "a total abstraction from reality" on the part of the two trappers, "with the ego totally included in that of the gang which prevents them even from perceiving the negligence and weight of the criminal actions carried out, moreover exalted in the videos and musical pieces produced by the group and disseminated via social networks, with a serious imitative risk therefore towards other very young subjects ".
During a conversation, intercepted by the investigators, the manager
Chakib Mounir said that "Zaccaria (Baby Gang, ed) is a mess when he gets drunk. Zaccaria doesn't have to drink, in fact he knows it and doesn't drink. But when he wants to drink it's a mess and you can't tell him no".
