Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are a particularly favorite couple of ours, who, among other things, make sure to share all kinds of secrets about the house where they raise their children - seven-year-old Wyatt and five-year-old Dimitri.

Recently, the 39-year-old actress said during an interview with E!

How "the doors are always open at home, including the one to the bathroom," which she says helps her family normalize all types of "body functions."

"We don't have closed doors in the house and that includes the bathroom," Kunis said.

"This is just one of the things, for better or worse, that we do as a family to make it clear to the children that there are all kinds of physical functions that are a very standard norm."

The star admitted that she herself was surprised by the routine her family had developed, and added: "I never thought I would be the person who could go to the bathroom with the door open."

And what about the shower?

This wasn't the first time Kunis discussed her children's daily bathroom and toilet habits.

In July 2021, she and Kutcher drew mixed reactions after appearing on Dax Shepard's podcast, where they revealed that they only shower their children "when you can see dirt on them".

The couple discovered that their house has a very lax shower policy and surprised many when they said that in their house showers are really not mandatory every day.

Kunis even expanded and said that she is probably responsible for this policy, because she was also not shaved very often as a child.

The two shared that they themselves don't shower often - Kunis said she only washes vital areas and Kutcher said he rarely washes his entire body and even after a workout at the gym he usually only washes his face.

Although he noted that he makes sure to wash his groin and armpits daily.
