Have HRDs become sorcerer's apprentices, in this post-Covid period, on the explosive question of time and the organization of work in companies?

One might think so after the very solemn warning this week from the National Association of HRDs (ANDRH) when publishing the results of a survey on the social and economic context of companies.

Audrey Richard, Benoit Serre and Laurence Breton-Kueny, respectively president and vice-presidents of the association representing HRDs, have in fact heavily insisted on the dangers associated, in the short and medium term, with any sudden change in the duration or working conditions of employees.

One of the problems raised is the possibility offered to employers, since the vote this summer as part of the purchasing power package, to buy back all or part of the RTT days accumulated by employees for three years.
