Dahmer: Serial killer series continues on record course at Netflix

"Monster - The Jeffrey Dahmer Story" keeps breaking new records with the streaming giant Netflix two weeks after its release.

The serial killer story even made it into the all-time top 10.

"Monster - The Jeffrey Dahmer Story", called "Dahmer", is still on record course on Netflix two weeks after its release.

As the in-house viewing figures of the streaming platform show, in the first week after the premiere on September 21, 196.2 million hours of the ten-parter were viewed.

This makes the original, which comes from super producer Ryan Murphy, who previously launched the formats "Hollywood", "Ratched", "Halston" and "The Politician", one of the absolute top titles since the streamer changed the type of evaluation in the changed last year.

In the meantime, the series (here the review of the pilot episode) was able to increase and shone in the second week with 299.84 million hours.

But the serial killer series has also made it into a respectable place in other statistics.

It is already 9th in the all-time list of the most watched English-language series on Netflix. The current figures published by the streaming service take into account access up to October 2nd.

“Dahmer”, which started on October 21, didn't even need a full two weeks to make the leap into the list and should therefore push itself even further up the list.

The top three spots are currently occupied by the fourth season "Stranger Things" and the first two seasons "Bridgerton".
