"Today, in the last Council of Ministers of this Government, we approved a rule that safeguards the subsidized interest rates on mortgages taken out by young people between 18 and 35 for the purchase of their first home; in this way, the loans of young people will continue to benefit from the subsidized rates, despite the increase in interest rates in the last semester; the rule applies to all applications for taking out mortgages, aimed at the purchase of the first home, which will be presented until 31 December of this 'year".
